W&E International Holdings Sdn. Bhd. was founded in May 2019, just months before the world faced the COVID-19 pandemic. When the crisis struck in early 2020 and global supply chains were disrupted, our young company rose to the challenge by coordinating the production of critical face masks. We sourced raw materials from across continents to help manufacturers meet urgent demand. This baptism by fire demonstrated our ability to move swiftly and reliably under pressure. As the pandemic progressed, we expanded into sourcing a wider range of medical supplies and equipment. We helped procure items like surgical masks, gloves, test kits, and other essentials, delivering them to front-line organizations worldwide. Through this work, we rapidly grew our network of trusted suppliers and mastered the intricacies of international logistics even amid lockdowns. The trust we built during these trying times became the foundation of our reputation. With the easing of the pandemic, W&E leveraged its experience and relationships to diversify beyond healthcare. By 2021, we had branched out into a broad array of commodities and industries. Today, we source everything from agricultural products (such as oil palm) and food items to minerals and mining outputs, petroleum-based products, IT hardware, and much more. What began as a crisis-response venture evolved into a comprehensive global trading and procurement firm serving clients across multiple sectors.
